Pocoyo (Pocoyó in Spanish) is a Spanish and British pre-school animated cartoon
series about a young boy who dresses in blue and who is full of curiosity.
Viewers are encouraged to recognise situations that Pocoyo is in, and things
that are going on with or around him. Pocoyo's world is set in a 3D space, with
a plain white background and has no backdrops. Each character has its own
distinctive dance, and most episodes end with the characters dancing.
Karakter2 didalam pocoyo:
Pocoyo: The main character of the series. He is a young boy who is full of
curiosity and loves to play games, as well as discover new things. He is always
shown wearing blue clothes and a hat. Pato, Elly and Loula are his friends. He
is (always) four years old; his "birthday" (when he inevitably turns
four again) is October 14.
Pato: Pato is a yellow duck who wears nothing but a small green hat. Pato means
duck in Spanish, Portuguese, Tagalog, and Papiamento. A favourite amongst the
young children due to his enjoyable dancing. Although friendly, Pato is the
most fussy and impatient character (indicated by his beak that bends in an
angle when disappointed or shocked); on occasion he completely loses his
temper, jumping up and down and quacking furiously. He is also usually used as
a jackhammer , missile and also become a helicopter.
Elly: A pink elephant who always wears a blue back-pack, but despite her size
she is a graceful and
gentle character, capable of ballet dancing. She usually rides around on her
scooter.
Loula: Pocoyo's orange-yellow pet puppy and companion.
Sleepy Bird: A teal-coloured bird. She does little but
sleep, and usually flies with her eyes closed.
Aliens: Sweet little green beings that Pocoyo finds in space in search of his
toy plane.
Baby Bird: The small, screaming baby of Sleepy Bird, who gets into sticky
situations from which he is rescued by Pocoyo.
Ball Orchestra: A group of three ball-like creatures who play the trumpet,
drums and cymbals.
Butterfly: A very hungry butterfly which Pocoyo occasionally catches.
Caterpillar (Calls Valentina): A yellow caterpillar with a blue bow on top of
her head. Speaks in gibberish like Octopus and has the ability to change into a
butterfly and back when she wants.
(Fred the) Octopus: A red octopus (although with only 4 legs) who gibbers, and
is very fond of singing. He appears in the episodes "Bat and Ball"
and "Juggling Balls". As of Season Two, is sometimes referred to as
'Fred'.
Finbar the Horse: A giddy horse which loves to dance.
Music Flower & The Band: Both play music which Pocoyo likes.
Whale: A huge whale who Pocoyo meets under the sea.

WordWorld is a children's educational television show that is shown on PBS. WordWorld
revolves around WordFriends and WordThings, characters and items
made of the letters that spell them, in the correct order. So, for example, a
barn is made out of the letters B-A-R-N, and a pie out of P-I-E, shaped so that
they actually look like a barn or pie — with this rule extending to the animals
who are the sentient characters in the show. The WordThings can be assembled
and disassembled during the show by the characters, who use the items in their
adventures and to solve their problems.
WordWorld won an Emmy for "the best main title sequence in daytime
television programming. "

Dog - is a
fun-loving dog who always likes to play with his WordFriends. He is the
bravest among his WordFriends . He is also the only WordFriend who cannot
talk. He lives in a HOUSE.Sheep -
is a WordFriend who is kindhearted and intelligent. Though sometimes she
can be a little selfish and abusive in other things she use. She is also
not that much eloquent as she tends to say oh, um, um in every sentence
she says. She lives in a HAY.Frog - is a
very intelligent and clever WordFriend. He has hydrophobia
and tends to say "Water, yuck." He is also the most uncourageous
of all the other his WordFriends. He lives in a LOG.Pig - is a
WordFriend who always likes to eat food as he tends to eat the food he
creates in his television show, "Cooking With Chef Pig." He
lives in a BARN.Duck - is a
WordFriend who is very playful and energetic. He loves to make friends
with anyone. He lives in a NEST.Bear - is a
WordFriend who is kind and clever. She lives in a CAVE.Ant - is the
best friend of Pig. He has a lot of cousins that he usually calls for
backup when there is a big situation. He also has a role as a cameraman in
Pig's show, "Cooking With Chef Pig." He lives in Pig's BARN or
the ANTHILL, where he works as a radio announcer.Shark -
is a friendly and gentle WordFriend who loves to make friends. He appears
to be clever and smart. During his maiden appearance, other WordFriends
are frightened and scared of him, due to his scary and menacing
appearance. It is also not clear where Shark lives, on land or either in
water.
